                       The member registration is free of charge.  Please read the following terms and conditions carefully and strictly abide by them accordingly.

                       2. Each member shall not spread any photos or remarks which are obscene, illegal, endangering the national security or damaging national image;

                       3. All members shall respect each other and comply with the morality on the internet.  Any malicious attack or abusive expression among members are strictly prohibited;

                       4. Each member shall bear the civil and criminal legal liabilities directly or indirectly caused by your action;

                       5. The administrator of this Website has the right to reserve or delete any content on the Website;

                       6. The administrator of this Website is entitled to have all rights related to the management of the Website;

                       7. The Website will notify users by means of e-mails, web-page notice or mails;

                       8. This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and the Chinese version of this agreement shall prevail;

The uploader hereby undertakes that he/she enjoys the full copyright over the works uploaded, and there is no existing or potential lawsuit, arbitration, administrative procedure or any other situation related to the works uploaded that may cause the invalidity of the copyright.  The uploader further undertakes that, he/she shall bear all the legal liabilities of the works uploaded.

                       3. This Website enjoys the equivalent rights to use all the uploaded photos as the uploader.

                       4. The uploader by uploading his/her works to this Website has explicitly granted this Website the following rights free of charge: the use of his/her works for the purpose related to EXPO 2010 SHANGHAI CHINA SHANGHAI CORPORATE PAVILION, including but not limited to exhibition, media production, book publication and other use in publicity purpose.
