肖全辗转各地十余年拍摄了最著名的作品《我们这一代》大型摄影集，它几乎囊括了80-90年代文学艺术界风云一时的各色人物。于1997年出版并曾被《现代摄影》杂志作为优秀青年摄影家推出。他在摄影圈内的知名度顿时提升到了最高点，即有了“中国最好的人像摄影师”的美誉。

Xiao Quan’s most famous publication, Our Generation (1996), is a photo-essay of over ten years of portraits of famous characters taken all over China; Our Generation earned him great respect nationwide. Xiao Quan is considered one of China’s leading portrait photographers.

自2005年开始肖全就被佛教深深的吸引了，他的摄影从而反映出很多对人类的同情感。他在世界上荒无人烟和贫困潦倒的部落花了很多时间旅行并参与到他们当地的各种文化当中。现在他将带着他对21世纪上海的新灵感返回故土，拍摄出新颖的作品。

In 2005, Xiao Quan became deeply drawn to Buddhism , and his photography since has reflected a more sympathetic view of humanity. He has since spent time traveling to remote and underdeveloped parts of the world and engaging with their various cultures. He will now return home with a fresh eye upon 21st century Shanghai.
