冯志凯作为一个画家开始其职业生涯，他的画也曾为他赢得过多个奖项。在24岁时，他发现了摄影和一个在时尚世界里独特的摄影风格
他的朝气和审美感为他赢得了世界国际品牌的主要工作任务，以及世界主流的几款杂志，如《British Vogue》和《Vogue Italia》

Kai started his career as a painter for which he won numerous awards. At 24, he had already found photography and a unique style within the fashion world
His youthful energy and sense of beauty won him major assignments with international brands, as well as leading magazines such as British Vogue and Vogue Italia

Their positive variety of lifestyle and choices of cultural alliance gives us a glimpse of our future...The ideas come partly from my personal experience when I lived in Shanghai. My experience in high fashion in the UK also helps me view subjects from a different angle; one that I hope is more contemporary.”
